With the world in chaos right now, it’s incredibly easy to fall into a swirl of anxiety and fear of the known AND unknown. Over here in Katherine Elizabeth Photography land, I want to spread as much joy and consistency as possible, so I hope that these portraits are a happy distraction for you today!!

What is the most popular wedding date of this year? While I'm sure this is up to debate, October 10th, 2020 is VERY popular and I'm so excited to be spending it photographing Priya and Tony's Wedding in Baltimore! BUT the celebration will actually begin on October 9th as Priya and Tony celebrate their love with an Indian wedding ceremony and a traditional Catholic ceremony following on the 10th. I can’t wait to be there for both ceremonies as their wedding photographer!

Priya and Tony had an engagement session in Portugal where Tony's family is from so originally were going to forgo another session. After further thought, they decided it would be nice to have separate engagement photos for the save the dates for their Indian wedding ceremony. Loving the traditional architecture of D.C, we chose Union Station for their session and it had the perfect morning light! Although we’ve had some warm days this winter, the date of their session was still QUITE chilly but the warmth between Tony and Priya as well as the beautiful sunshine changes everything - I loved adventuring with them!
