National Aquarium Wedding | Kristina + Adam | Baltimore Wedding Photographer

To start off today’s blog post, you should listen to either the “Jaws” shark theme or possibly “Baby Shark” because this is a National Aquarium Wedding in Baltimore!

Kristina and Adam moved for work to Baltimore from New Jersey where they met years previously at their Church’s youth group. They fell in love with the peaceful atmosphere of the aquarium and knew that's where they wanted their reception to be! They also incorporated the aquatic themes in the colors and elements that they chose for their wedding day. Most of their guests were from out of state and Kristina and Adam were excited to share their new city with their friends and family. This group was so full of energy, life, and FUN! From the surprise bubble exit right after the ceremony to breaking it down on the aquarium dance floor! I definitely fed off the energy as I was fighting a bad cold that weekend and a special shutout to Emily Lewis for being my assistant as well!

Kristina and Adam’s Baltimore wedding ceremony was a very traditional Filipino Catholic church ceremony at Holy Cross Catholic Church in followed by a relaxed cocktail style reception. One of the special moments on their day that everyone talked over was how Adam teared up when he saw Kristina. He shared later that he hadn’t cried in years! His groomsmen were definitely teasing him but I saw tears in the best man’s eyes (Adam’s brother) too! I loved getting to explore the National Aquarium with Kristina and Adam for their portraits and am so grateful for the helping hands of the aquarium staff too! (I definitely had the JAWS theme song stuck in my head).

Adam is a vlogger and elicited several bridal party members and guests to help document their day as well! Congratulations to you both and I hope to catch up with you again soon!!
