Milton Ridge Wedding | Liset + Marvin | Frederick Wedding Photographer

Liset and Marvin’s relationship started on Myspace and has already withstood the test of time - 10 years! I remember being struck with how sweet they were together when I first met Liset and Marvin for their sunrise DC engagement session two years ago. I can’t believe how fast time has flown by and was honored when they reached out again regarding photographing their Milton Ridge wedding in Frederick, MD. Liset and Marvin chose Milton Ridge as their wedding venue as it was close to all of their guests and had many features that they were looking for already included.

One of my favorite moments was during the first look. When you first meet Marvin, you might not expect the deep layers of emotion that are underneath but when he saw Liset for the first time in all of her wedding attire, he couldn’t help the tears that came to his eyes. Not surprisingly, Liset absolutely glowed throughout the day and was so incredibly kind and grateful to everyone. I’ve never heard a person say “Thank You” so much!! Although it was quite chilly, she pushed through the first look and portraits with a smile on her face.

Liset and Marvin were married in the chapel with their ceremony being spoken in primarily Spanish. During their vows, I loved that one recited the vows in Spanish and the other in English - to each other but also for the few guests who did not speak both languages. The whole day was full of beautiful moments showing the unity and love that Liset and Marvin share! Here are a few highlights from their wedding day:
