Herrington On The Bay Wedding | Emily + Tim | Annapolis Wedding Photographer

I remember meeting with Emily last fall at my favorite Laurel, MD coffee shop, Sip at C Street Cafe. We talked about all the things, from their engagement story to soccer leagues and wedding plan-, which I knew would make for such a beautiful Maryland Wedding for this lovely couple!. Tim proposed to Emily while they were on vacation in St. Lucia in what she described as an out of body experience, in the best way! They decided to follow the beach theme from the proposal and found the perfect wedding venue a bit closer to home, Herrington on the Bay, to host their beach inspired wedding in Maryland. The turquoise bridesmaid’s dresses and fuchsia florals tied the theme all together for their day!

The morning of their wedding dawned with a mixture of alternating sunshine and a few surprise rain showers. Right before taking a few groomsmen photos, a shower popped in to cool everything down (just a tad) and create the most beautiful rainbow to bless their day. The rainbow wasn’t the only surprise for Emily and Tim’s guests though as Emily and Tim planned fireworks for the guests to enjoy as well! Although a larger summer storm caused the fireworks to be moved up in the timeline, they still were just as beautiful, and especially perfect so close to Independence Day. Afterwards, Emily and Tim danced the night away with their guests before ending the night with a sparkler exit - the perfect end to this beautiful July wedding. Congratulations Emily + Tim!!
